  3. Key Points for Group Presentations • The order people will speak • Introducing and concluding the presentation • Overview of the entire presentation • Passing smoothly from one speaker to another

  4. Make eye contact • Engage your audience through eye contact • Scan all of the audience • Try to make eye contact with almost everyone

  5. Use your voice • Everyone should be able to hear you • Speak at the right speed - a little slower than everyday conversation • Use your voice to emphasise important points • Show that you're questioning an issue

  6. Use timing • Pace your presentation • Don't be afraid of using short pauses • Avoid speaking too quickly • Time your practice presentation

  7. Use 'signposts' Use 'signposts' to • Help the listener follow your ideas and identify different sections, • Indicate key points, supporting ideas and less important information.
